3 After Testing - Inspecting and Organizing Test Materials Scorable Materials Answer Documents Used Nonscorable Materials Test Books Used and Unused Answer Documents Unused

4 Complete Required Forms and Box Materials

5 UPS must be contacted between April 10 – April 30 Materials must be picked up between April 13 – May 1

6 Return of Scorable Test Materials

7 Organize Answer Documents AIMS Science Separate by Grade 4 and Grade 8 High School, separate by Cohort 2017 or 2018 Group by teacher, if desired

8 Complete Header Sheets A Header Sheet must be completed for each group of answer documents. Confirm that answer documents are submitted under the correct district and school codes.

9 Header Sheets – Side 1 Top box complete the following: Content Area –Science Group Name AIMS Science – complete group name Cohort AIMS Science – Cohort 2017 or 2018 only Number of Documents Actual number of scorable documents returned under Header Sheet Pre- filled Pre-Filled (complete if necessary

10 Group Name must match handwritten information on Side 1 Cohort – can be left blank Header Sheets Complete Side 2

25 Contact UPS Arrangements must be made by the District Test Coordinator to have AIMS Science materials picked up. Contact UPS 1.800.823.7459. Notify representative that you have shipment that will be going to Pearson with a pre-paid ground label. Return both Scorable and Nonscorable boxes at the end of each test administration. Complete an AIMS Science Shipment Verification Form – link will be sent by April 3 NEW

28 UPS Retrieval Before the Driver arrives The Orange label must be completed and affixed on top of each box for scorable materials. A Green return label must be completed and affixed on top of each box for nonscorable materials. A UPS shipping label must be affixed to each box of scorable and nonscorable materials. Verify number of boxes for each label color. Have these numbers ready for the driver.

29 Instructions for Returning AIMS Science Materials

30 Completing the AIMS Science Verification Form provides information to ADE and Pearson When boxes have been shipped and when Pearson can expected these to be delivered. Pearson is able to verify that all boxes have been received. There can only be 1 UPS label for each box. There is no weight restriction on the boxes. Disregard weight listed on UPS label.

31 April 3 District Test Coordinators will receive an email with link to form.

32 Materials not picked up by the required date: All districts/charters that do not contact UPS by the required date for each test administration will have their test materials put into late receipts. The district/charter will have to pay to have materials shipped overnight to Pearson. This can cost any where from $100 – up to possibly as much as $400. The district will only receive student reports back. There will be no school or district reports. The student results will be delayed.

38 Reminders Follow directions for packing scorable and nonscorable materials carefully. Last date to contact UPS is April 30. All scorable and nonscorable boxes must be returned after each administration. Last day that materials can be picked up is May 1. Superintendent/Charter Representative Security Agreement must be submitted
