10 Public Works FALL VISIONING - Engage public to develop at least three concepts of the space - Consult with Veteran groups, downtown businesses, residents and other users - Conduct a 3 to 5-day street closure in October for visioning activities i.Red Carpet Fashion Show ii.Coloring contest iii.Restaurant sampling iv.Expanded seating and bike parking area
