Recommended Care Pack upgrades − 24x7 phone in support can be added at minimal cost and ensures customers access whenever they are performing backups − 3 yr uplift ensure that the customers investment is protected with software updates when available. ( 4 and 5 year uplifts are also available) − For customers with Proactive 24 or Critical Service on their HP systems, the same level of service should be purchased for DP so the customer gets the level of service they are used to HP warrants only that the Software media will be free of physical defects for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery.
