1. Potlach Feeder #2 CR 65 Potlach Feeder #1 Dark River @ Potlach site Non-permitted and improper placement of fill material in the two Potlach cold-water feeder streams, which are themselves designated trout streams, is a violation of Public Water Rules, Chapter 6115.0191, Subpart 7.

2. Potlach feeder #2 depicting fine material washed from the stream and placed on floodplain(riparian area) after bank-full rain event.

3. Potlach feeder #2 depicting damming, down-cutting, vehicle traffic, and washing of fine material from run-of-pit gravel.
