Diving Industry Since 2008 the world economic crisis has gripped the Diving Industry with the General Public not having disposable income for ”Sports Activities” and gave way to stay at home vacations... Dive Centres, Dive Shops and Instructors have all lost business and been subject to rising operational costs... For many this has been too much and businesses have dissapeared... We cannot fix this! 2 FINANCIAL CRISIS AFFECT ON DIVING As a direct result of the 08 crisis, people could no longer afford to take vacations or spend money on training… 201020092008200720062005 This was a boom year with Scuba Diving growing stronger with more instructors entering the market then ever before… Scuba Diving was becoming more popular as a Sport due to prices of equipment falling with larger consumer markets. This is an example of the changing word of diving Training and education could now reach the mass markets with dive centres in almost every resort town around the World. The future is up to all of us… We need to change and adapt to new market forces. Spending on diving as a Sport dropped…

3 FINANCIAL CRISIS IN DIVING 2008-09 Our Sports Diving Business declined and our technical diving flatlined… From 2010 we consolidated all of our sperate businesses into ITDA Group International and began business development in Asia… The lowest point for EU diving deep in recession and the RED Sea political situation in Egypt in 2012 did not help… This is How ITDA Group is working to Help! 2013201220112010 From 2011 we began to grow the ITDA Group again, beginning in Asia with partners in Malaysia and Singapore… 2014 From 2012 we began to look at developing new partnerships and return ITDA Group HQ from Asia back to Europe… Plus New Instructor Training & Higher Standards. In 2014 our EU and UK Business will go back into growth, plus ITDA Group Scandinavia will develop new business supporting tourism in Spain And we develop New USA biz.

4 FINANCIAL CRISIS – WORLD WIDE EFFECT 2007 – Dive Industry was growing 10% of the world was looking at recession. Year on year growth since 2000 meant the industry was growing worldwide... But in 2007 10% of the world was looking at recession. 2009 - From 08 Diving went into decline 80% Recession! From the amazing growth over the last 10 years and massive competition with PADI controlling the majority of the world market in Sports diving to 80% Recession! 20092007 10% 80%

5 NOW AND TO THE FUTURE FINANCIAL CRISIS – NOW AND TO THE FUTURE 2009/10: NEW BEGINNING In 2008 we had three operating Companies all UK Based: SDA Sports Diving Agnecy Ltd. IHMP Medical Training Ltd and ITDA International Technical Diving Agency Ltd. We consolidated this business with our Asian business and formed ”ITDA Group International Inc. Ltd. (In Hong Kong as an IBC ”International Business Corporation”) And this was the beginning of our turn around and new growth from operating in 30 Countires to 45 Countires in early 2013. New Instructor Training and New Diver Training Materials New Technology Investments 2008: KNOCKED OUT From 2007 to 2008 our operating costs in our UK HQ Office went from 25% Increase to almost 70% over a period of 12 months from 07 to 08. And our income balance went from 80% Income from EU and UK / Middle East Business and 20% Asian Business to... 90% of our New Business Coming from Asia and only 10% from EU. UK and Middle East... And UK costs increasing... We had to take drastic and severe action or risk losing everything, so we decided to relocate our HQ Business to Malaysia and reduced our costs By 70% from UK Operations.

6 FUTURE GROWTH FINANCIAL CRISIS – FUTURE GROWTH Business Development ITDA Group We are working very hard to restructure our UK and EU Business. We plan New and agressive marketing programs with New Higher Quality Training Products and NEW Higher Education Programs with strategic partnerships with Schools, Colleges and Universities across the EU. UK and New business developments in the Middle East and Africa...
