5 DC – DR Infrastructure Utilisation Migrate all Agriculture, Horticulture & Fisheries Department Applications & Websites. Applications from Mini/Adhoc Data Centers. All new applications/websites should only be hosted on NeGP- A hardware in SDCs.

6 Help Desks Resource Provisions under NeGP-A (a) Data Center Support- 02 (System Admin & Tech Support) (b) Helpdesk - IA for End User Hardware – 02 (English & Local Language support) - NIC Application Support – 02 Requirements from States - Landline for users to log the calls. - Seating, Office furniture and required IT infrastructure. Funds for Helpdesk operations to be provided by Center.
