Since the launch of AGRISNET portal the latest information is regularly updated in the portal. Total hits recorded as on since the launch of portal is 24,98,294

6 Online/SMS of Soil Health Card

7 Kisan Call Center ( ) Additional Director of Agriculture is the state level KCC nodal officer for Telangana state. For answering district specific queries of the department ADAs from District Head office are identified and the list is communicated to Kisan Call Center for escalation of calls. Monthly magazine of department Padi pantalu and Farmer Friendly Handbook (“Raithu Nestham”) supplied to KCC. Implementation of revised escalation matrix : The ID and mobile number of the state level designated officer has been communicated for creation of user id and password. Instructions have been issued to District Joint Directors of Agriculture in the state to print the Kisan Call Center Number and paste on the walls of input dealer outlets. 7

8 Online Licence Management System (OLMS)
An application to provide licences online to the input dealers/ manufacturers of Fertilizers has been developed Centralized/Dealers Seed License Fertilizers Manf./Dealers Licence (Available through CSC) Dealers/Manufacturers can apply for licence freshly/renew/ amend online/get duplicate copy after approval by concerned officers Digital Signature Certificates are issued to all MAOs & ADA (R) MAO – ADA ® Addl-DA & Commissioner of Agril. Digital Signature Certificate integration is done for generation of digitally signed Certificate of Licenses. Manual process of accepting applications of fertilizer and seed license has been stopped.

9 e-Agrilabs Automation of Fertilizers/ Pesticides Testing Laboratories & Coding Centers Users can view the status of Test Results online 2 D Bar Code Readers supplied to Coding centers and testing labs - to maintain confidentiality of labs the samples are tested. The fertilizer samples drawn by MAOs are sent to coding center online from January, 2015. Till date 144 fertilizer samples are made online out of which 3 are misbranded.

10 Farmers Portal & mKisan Portal
The data entry of fertilizer, seeds and pesticides and updation is being done regularly in Farmers Portal. The mKisan portal is being extensively used for sending messages to farmers. Instructions have been issued to officers for registering in Kisan SMS portal. Farmers are also being mobilized to register in mKisan portal. Till date 69,749 farmers are registered in the portal. Officers have been asked to collect the details of farmers along with mobile number in the format as mentioned in mKisan portal.

11 National e-Governance Plan – Agriculture (NeGP-A)
Government of India has released funds to the tune of Rs. 66,54, (Rupees Sixty Six Lakhs Fifty Four Thousand and Seven Hundred Sixty Seven Only) to the State of Telangana for implementation of (NeGP-A) during The break up details of the funds for release and item wise activity details are as under Activity Amount released (in Rs in lakhs ) Site preparation cost for SHQs, Districts, Blocks, SAUs (55% of the total cost) Site preparation cost for Training Centres (100%) Connectivity Charges (for 2 months) Project Monitoring Unit (2 months) Total (in Rs)

12 National e-Governance Plan – Agriculture (NeGP-A)
As per IT guidelines communicated by GoI, state empowered committee was formed with APC & Principal Secretary to Government (Agril) as the Chairman. The first state empowered committee meeting was conducted on A workshop was conducted with officers from Agriculture, Horticulture, Fisheries department and Professor Jayshankar Telangana Agriculture State University to brief the officers on NeGP-A program. A demo on registration of users in NeGP-A Hardware distribution system was given and the concerned users were asked to register and feed the existing hardware information and site preparation details of their respective offices. The data entry of existing hardware inventory and site preparation is under progress.

13 National e-Governance Plan – Agriculture (NeGP-A)
The decisions taken in First State Empowered Committee meeting are Director of Agriculture will be the State Mission Leader of the NeGP-A project. The site preparation work of locations where hardware is to be supplied has been entrusted to Telangana Technology Services Site preparation work of two training centers is entrusted to Telangana Technology Services. The two training centers will be established in in Karimnagar and Nalgonda districts. For setting up of State Project Monitoring Unit (SPMU) it was decided to set up the SPMU in the office of Director of Agriculture, TS only after site preparation work is over and after getting approval from the Finance Department.

14 National e-Governance Plan – Agriculture (NeGP-A)
NIC has been selected as Data digitization agency. Following Nodal officers identified Director of Agriculture, TS - Agriculture Director of Horticulture - Horticulture Department, Addl – Director of Fisheries - Fisheries Department Director of Extension - PJTSAU It was decided to establish touch screen kiosks in Market Yards in Districts and Blocks. Identification of Market Yards is under progress. Hand held devices for pest surveillance will be distributed to MAOs and the locations will be identified by taking into account the cropping pattern and pest intensity levels. District NeGP-A Implementation Team (DNAIT) under the chairmanship of District Collector/Magistrate is constituted for implementation of NeGP-A project at district level.

15 Annapurna (IIDS) Designed integrated frame work (Model) namely “Interactive Information Dissemination System (IIDS)” for farmers based on the study & analysis of 26 major ICT initiatives in agriculture in India. Model is an integration of Toll Free IVRS, Smart Phone Application (Android & Windows) – Mobile Application & Web based agro advisory system.

16 IIDS Services Farmer can get personalized advice on Paddy, Dairy and Fisheries from their Krishi Vigyan Kendra on Toll Free number ( ). They can send images and videos of their crop & animal to KVK through a field assistant equipped with smart phones. Farmer can receive SMS &Voice Calls in Telugu based on his preference of time and crops. Farmer can get emergency messages and alerts on his mobile from Krishi Vigyan Kendra. Farmers can record their best practices and experiences to share with other friends on Toll Free Number. Farmer can record their queries 24x7 through Toll Free Number. They can get SMS Alerts on raised query and solved queries from their Krishi Vigyan Kendra.
