20. A core belief of FC Spokane club is to provide players with an equal opportunity to access advanced development soccer without regard to a particular player or family’s ability to pay. Club fee is eligible to receive financial assistance Blind and confidential review process assured All financial aid applications need to be turned in no later than June 1 st 2015 Obligation of Award Recipients: It is the expectation of FC Spokane that recipients of financial aid demonstrate dedication through consistent attendance at team practices and games. 21. Initial commitment payment due at the time of registration – 25% club fee FC Spokane accepts Visa, MasterCard, checks, or cash Payment plans are available and will be divided into 5 equal payments after initial payment All fees should be paid by October 31 st 2015

22. If you choose to use the payment plan, your program fees are auto-debited in five monthly installments. Here are some things to consider: You will be required to provide credit card information for payments plans The initial commitment fee is due at the time of registration The follow-on payments will be automatically pulled from your credit/debit card on the same day each month based on the day that you registered your player and paid the commitment fee. Upon commitment to a team, you are financially responsible for all Club fees as stated for the entire playing year. 23. Team Financial Management: Teams manage their own finances for team-specific costs, i.e. Tournaments, optional equipment, travel, and anything the team decides to do. These accounts will be managed by the team treasurer/team manager Each team has a volunteer Treasurer and/or Manager to handle Team finances: Each team must develop a budget at the beginning of the season and collect a Team Fee from each parent Fees vary depending on level of play Team budget template worksheet is provided by the club All budgets are to be turned into the club at the end of the year Team accounts stay with the team and roll forward to the next season Team bank accounts are available at US Bank

The club provided over $25,000.00 in Financial Aid for the 2014/2015 year Looking ahead to 2015/2016 The Club is facing increased operating cost including winter field rental, referee cost, US Club player/staff registration & insurance. Fundraising is gaining traction with our annual summer tournaments and auction dinner. It is the goal of FC Spokane to have all programs operate at a modest margin so as to be able to contribute to a reserve, a facility fund, and our scholarship program.
