3 Exploring the Integration Principle  EC is attached to one or two MH treatment teams, from which 90- 100% of the EC’s caseload is comprised  EC attends weekly MH treatment team meetings  EC participates actively in treatment team meetings with shared decision making  Employment services documentation is integrated into clients mental health plan  EC’s office is in close proximity/ shared with their MH treatment team members  EC helps the team think about employment for people who haven’t yet been referred to supported employment services
