Drivers may fail to see you!  Trust yourself and not the driver. Don’t count on cars stopping for you at the last moment.  Where there is no sidewalk, walk facing the traffic.

So, here are some reminders for pedestrian safety at night: Wear light colored reflective clothing when walking at night – this improves visibility! Use great caution when at the side of the road for vehicle repair or flat tire Wearing black is “cool” but, attractive colours are safe at night!
