3 Small and medium businesses (SMBs) can now acquire Cloud services to meet productivity needs formerly deployed on-premises Open Value (OV) / Open Value Subscription (OVS) Microsoft Online Subscription Program (MOSP) Windows Client Access License Suites  Office Windows Intune Device Mgmt & Security Licensed Per Device Microsoft Office 365 User Productivity Licensed Per User Platform Core CAL: Windows Server CAL is not available through MOSP Enterprise CAL: Multiple workloads are not available through MOSP 

4 The Office 365 Open Value Offer provides new flexibility for customers to move users online by adding MOSP alongside their existing OV(S) agreement Office 365 Open Value Offer Customers can experience cloud services at their own pace Add Office 365 Plan E1-E4 alongside existing Open Value or Open Value Subscription Qualified Software Assurance will be recognized via reduced MOSP price Applies to existing customers who maintain organization-wide Software Assurance Offer will be available through August 2013  After August 2013, lower MOSP pricing eligibility continues until OV(S) agreements expire 

5 A number of purchase scenarios will be supported through the Office 365 Open Value Offer to recognize concurrent Software Assurance investments ProductE1E2E3 Core CAL  Enterprise CAL  Office Pro Plus E4 Reduced MOSP price Continue paying SA for any CAL suite and add E1-E4 at a lower price Acquire E3 or E4 at a lower price when continuing Office SA Core CAL includes use rights for Exchange and SharePoint (as of June 2011)  Enterprise CAL includes use rights for Exchange, SharePoint, Lync, and Forefront (as of June 2011) ❷

6 Customers with overlapping organization-wide Software Assurance commitment can acquire Office 365 through MOSP at reduced prices Scenarios Renewal happens during offer window. Customers receive lower MOSP price until their first OV(S) renewal after the offer window. Renewal happens after offer window. Customers receive lower MOSP price from GA until the end of their existing OV(S) agreement.
