2. SETECS MIX – ® ™ Start: Click on “SETECS” icon on the desktop to start SETECS Security Management System (CLICK) Secure Medical Information Exchange System Login panel shows up. If security administrator does not use smart card, user name and password are used for login. Otherwise, security administrator inserts Security smart card in the reader and Login panel requires PIN or PIN + Fingerprint to login (CLICK) Security Administrator’s Smart Card

Click on “SETECS” to get drop-down menu of security applications (CLICK) Secure Medical Information Exchange System MIX System has four applications: 1. Global MIX Server 2. 4. SETECS MIX – ® ™ SETECS MIX Station: MIX Station performs three groups of functions: 1. Handling of registration data for personnel 2. Handling of registration data for patients 3. Managing personnel’s and patients’ smart cards Secure Medical Information Exchange System Personnel Administration: In this group 1. New persons may be registered 2. Their data may be updated or deleted, and 3. Their biometrics data (photo and two fingerprints) may be captured. (They will be loaded in the MIX™ Security Smartcard) (CLICK)

5. SETECS MIX – ® ™ Secure Medical Information Exchange System SETECS MIX Station: MIX Station performs three groups of functions: 1. Handling of registration data for personnel 2. Handling of registration data for patients 3. Managing personnel’s and patients’ smart cards (CLICK) Patient Administration: In this group 1. New patients may be registered 2. Their data may be updated or deleted, and 3. Their biometrics data (photo and two fingerprints) may be captured 4. Their medical profile ands history may be created and updated (It will be loaded in the MIX™ Medical Smartcard) (CLICK)

6. SETECS MIX – ® ™ Smart Cards: MIX Station can perform the following functions with MIX Security Smartcards and with MIX Medical Smartcards: 1. Create request for a new Security or Medical Smartcard (submitted to the Card Production Server) 2. Activate new cards by verifying photo and fingerprints and setting personal PIN 3. Login into the card, in order to – list card – change its PIN, or – unblock it Secure Medical Information Exchange System 4. Medical data stored on the Medical Smartcard may be updated and re–loaded into the card 2. In case of expiration or changes of data printed on the card, the cards may be re–issued (CLICK)
