Access Aetna Navigator via
Select “Log-in/Register (You can register within hours after your eligibility information is loaded into Aetna's systems)

3. Aetna Navigator - Registration
Once you select “Log-in/Register” you can access your existing Aetna Navigator account or First Time Users can create an account

4. Aetna Navigator – First Time Registration Screen
First time registrants will need Member ID (from front of ID card) or SSN, First/Last Name and DOB to register.

5. Aetna Navigator – ID Cards
Members can access temporary copies of Medical ID cards and request new ID cards through Aetna Navigator.

6. Aetna Navigator – ID Cards
Select the member the ID card is needed for and click “View Card”

7. Aetna Navigator – ID Cards
A copy of the temporary ID card will be available to print as will the ability to order a replacement ID card.
