9 Fabric Innovation Staftex has always been on the cutting edge of fabric technology. Fire-retardant fabrics used in the petroleum, electrical and aviation industry are some of our more recent developments. New developments in performance fabrics for the apparel industry are- TransDRY® technology for cotton is a patented, high-performance moisture management application that allows fabrics to wick and spread perspiration as well which allows them to dry as, or better than, most high-tech synthetic fabrics. TransDRY® fabrics absorb less and don’t become over-saturated during exercise, faster. Stafford Textiles is licenced by Cotton Inc. to use this technology. Odor Zapper ™ A patented technology that neutralizes body odor - used in yoga, workout clothing, underwear, base layer garments, sports bags and works well with various kinds of knit fabrications and blends. The fabric retains the characteristic permanently.

10 Quality Control  Staftex has its own Quality control personnel who audit factories for social compliance, health & safety and technical capabilities  AQL quality audits  Continuous monitoring of production at all our factories  Fit, Size Set, Red Tag & Production samples  Internal & external fabric and garment testing  Independent testing done at accredited laboratories i.e. SGS, ITS & Bureau Veritas
