Overview Manufacturers & Wholesalers of Ladies Fashionwear Focus on new fabric qualities and design that is ahead of the trends Sourcing, Development & Design go hand in hand Speed to market of latest fashion Own Laboratory to keep ahead of problems and find solutions We now own 5 manufacturing units around the world In each country we have a Local Production Office to manage orders Training each team and share our knowledge Independent QC teams in each region, quality will not be compromised Separate account managers for each account/customer Logistics team to support movement of materials around the world CSR responsible for each region looking after the production units Socially responsible for growth in certain areas

Offices : United Kingdom - London Head Office / Control Centre Sourcing Team Design Team & Development Sample Room Customer Account Management / Merchandising Technical Team Logistics Team All samples are inspired at this office, made up and sent to customers for selection. Once selected, the account manager will take over from the design team to offer the best price and delivery for specific designs. Orders are then received from the customer and passed to merchandising for procuring materials and distributing to regional production offices(RPO) with the help of the logistics team. The technical team follows up samples made in the RPOs and checks them before they are sent to the customers for approval. The technicians in each office keep each other updated of any changes or amendments. The merchandisers follow this closely to update customers about any matters that could affect delivery etc…

Offices : China - Guangzhou Trim Sourcing Office We have a team dedicated to finding and developing new trims/applications from the main Trimming Market of China and other local sources A new range of trims/applications/motifs etc… is sourced on a weekly basis and sent to the design team in London for using on new styles A trim procuring team is also active in buying materials for orders and then distributing to the relevant RPO for manufacturing with the help of the Logistics team. A separate QC checks trims for every order before they are distributed

Design & Sourcing Our Design & Sourcing teams work with each other, forecasting new trends from cat walks, WGSN, Media and other sources of inspiration. Design asks sourcing to find and develop certain new fabrics, and once sourced, the design team will create new styles in these fabrics. Sourcing also constantly finds new fabrics from our existing and new fabric suppliers/agents and keeps the design team updated with the latest creations. We are working with many fabric suppliers world wide, most of who are located in the Far East and some in Europe. With most of our suppliers we have an excellent relationship, which allows us to develop new fabrics quickly and also keeps the prices low due to constant business. As we are not fabric manufacturers ourselves, we rely greatly on our suppliers to keep us updated on new fabrics they have developed and transparency, so they update us with any foreseeable quality issues, which in turn we relay to our customers. The next slide will show you our offices in red and our supplier locations in yellow.

Design & Sourcing

RPO Comparison – Bulgaria vs Bangladesh Bulgaria Bulgarian machinists have the ability to make complex garments as historically they have been making tailored garments. For fashion garment that need to be in shop quickly, we offer production in Bulgaria. This happens by getting the materials into this region quickly and producing complex fashionable garments and deliver them to our customers quickly. We offer quick leadtimes for production even though most of our fabrics are the from the Far East. Leadtime by road from Bulgaria by road to any part of the EU is a maximum of 5 days. Leadtime by sea to the Far East is an average of 4 weeks. Staff turnover is very low, so when we train our machinists, they stay with us, learning more techniques to manufacture more complex garments. We can quickly turn around samples and get them to our customers for approval much quicker than the Far East. Technicians have a European eye and know what the customer wants in terms of quality. Prices are very competitive for the products we offer, sometimes even better than the Far East.

RPO Comparison – Bulgaria vs Bangladesh Bangladesh We opened our first production unit in Dhaka in 2010, but with the aim of manufacturing semi-fancy garments at very low prices. It was a huge challenge as the knowledge of operators in Bangladesh is very basic. Being operators many people only work on one operation at a time, making basic tops, vests, leggings etc… and the challenge we had was educating the workers to become machinists so they could make whole garments themselves. We have bought into Bangladesh our senior technicians, QCs, factory mangers etc who have been training and helping to setup our factory to make these semi-fancy garments and have been successful in this. We have been offering for over two years more detailed garments in fancy fabrics at very low prices. We have achieved something that was thought to be impossible in this region, and have already opened up our second unit which has started production on fancy garments and denim garments. Combining Bulgaria and Bangladesh means that we can also split orders between the 2 regions for price and speed which is helping our customers keep prices low and have certain portions in the shops quickly.

Future Expansion We are looking into opening up a third production unit in Bangladesh As there are no good basic fabric suppliers in Bangladesh, we are also looking into opening up a partnership with a very good Turkish fabric supplier in Dhaka (Knitting, Dying, Finishing) Moving into Africa as a retailer and opening up a production unit. Most likely to go into Kenya first. Still under research.
