3  Accountability for members of leadership to carry out their commitment › Article V, Section 3: Requirements of Officers  “If an officer were to step down from their position at any point during their term of leadership and desire to remain an active member, they will be asked to complete an additional 3 service points before the next due date of membership points. The purpose of this requirement is to establish accountability in leadership.”

4  Only one leadership position per girl › Article VI, Section 9, Article XV, Section 2, and Article X, Section 1  “members of leadership shall not hold more than one position of leadership per semester, unless a vacancy occurs and the executive officers see that a current member of leadership will be best suited to continue the position in the other’s absence.”

5  Committee Meeting Attendance › Article IX, Section 2  “Members of committees shall be required to attend at least half of the committee meetings. Further requirements of attendance shall be determined and made clear by the individual committee heads.”

6  Committee Points › Article XV, Section 1  “Members will earn two points per committee in which they participate and fulfill the attendance requirements.”

7  Odd number of interviewers › Article VI, Section 9 & Article X, Section 1  “During the interview process of New Member leaders, an odd number of interviewers, who have been previous New Member leaders, shall conduct each interview. The same interviewers shall strive to attend each New Member leader interview for the purpose of consistency.

13  Dues are $90 per semester  Lump sum of $90 or first installment of $45 is due on FEBRUARY 23  Second installment of $45 is due on MARCH 23  If you have not paid dues by March 23, you will become an inactive member  Once your dues are paid in full, you will become an active member again  Please bring exact change & no coins!

14  Scholarship applications can be obtained by emailing Emmy Parker at emmy_1395@yahoo.com  Applications are due by email by 7 pm on Monday, February 16 but are encouraged to be submitted earlier  You will know by Friday, February 20 if you received a scholarship

15 Retreat!!!!! March 6 th & 7 th Trinity Pines

16 Attendance is Mandatory!!! Friday- arrive between 6-6:30 pm! If you arrive later than 7pm, you will be counted absent. Saturday- leave camp around 4pm. If you leave earlier than 4 pm, you will be counted absent.

17 YOU MUST REGISTER FOR RETREAT! Form will be posted on Facebook page tonight after meeting. If you are 75% sure you will attend ANY part of retreat, register! If you do not register, you cannot attend retreat.
