Look and Feel Slide Layout Themes Standard Templates Design Tab View Tab 1Click on View tab 2Select options to set 3In this case the slide master 1 On the Home tab, click New Slide, below the slide icon. 2 Click a layout to insert a slide with that layout. Tip #1 Use “Outline” tab to quickly enter slide titles and bulleted lists

Tip #2 “Less” IS “More” Remember the Marbles! Applies to EVERYTHING in your presentation Overuse = Confusion Over stimulation = No recognition

Tip #4 BEFORE you do anything think about your: – Audience – Purpose – Goal – Time limit – HW/SW limitations THEN start designing AND ONLY THEN add content
