EM3E chapter 05 page 12 How to enter the Service Modes CSM Customer Service Mode –Press simultaneously "Mute" on RC + "MENU" on the TV for at least 4 seconds....or.. –Key in code "123654" via the standard RC transmitter SDM Service Default Mode  Press "DEFAULT" command on the Dealer Remote Control /or ComPair.........or...  Key in the code 062596 + MENU with the standard IR remote control...... or  by short circuiting the ‘SDM’ solder pads 4006 on the external part of the SSB SAM Service Alignment Mode  press ALIGN on the Dealer Remote Control /or ComPair....... or  Key in the code 062596 + OSD button with the standard user remote control.....or  by short circuiting the ‘SAM’ solder pads 4005 on the external part of the SSB.  Dealer Options  With DST press "DEALER" or from SAM menu  Demo Mode  Press the "Menu" key for at least 4sec.
