The Administrative Director defines his Aims, Cost, Time, Space and communicates them to the designer The designer asks for the exact Number of participants to the chief and if it exists a teacher (profile) inside the organisation. He gives the number and propose a teacher The Chief defines his Aims, Time, Contents, Objectives and the Students information and gives them to the designer The designer asks for artefact availability and space characteristics. The Director asks for artefact availability and space characteristics to Secretary.
