3. The Hotel JW Marriot Starr Pass Resort and Spa Proposed Dates: Friday, Saturday and Sunday, June 24 th through June 26 th, 2011. Tucson Ballroom is 14,670 square feet. Price for the ballroom is $12,000 for the 3 days and includes tax and service fees. Tables, chairs and janitorial services are included in the package. Wireless, Full PA services and whiteboards are available through Starr Pass’ event technology department. Cost depends on our actual needs. Both WiFi and hard wired connections available at $100/connection/day – the resort will work with us to provide all necessary equipment at a package price with a significant discount for us. Ample electrical outlets. Deposit: a non-refundable deposit is due at the time of contract signing. The resort will work with us to set up an agreeable tiered cancellation policy. Access to the hall is available as early as necessary. Set up fees are included.

No hotel airport shuttle but taxis are readily available. Approximate cab fare $35-$40. No outside food or beverage is allowed but catering services are available. The resort operates a loss prevention department, any additional security requested by the show is available at a rate of $40/officer/hour. Additional security is not required. Vendor space is not included as part of the bid. There is plenty of space to hold the NAN auction.
