3 USAID/Philippines Launched LINC-EG!  IMPLEMENTATION of policy reforms  has a LOCAL orientation, particularly in Mindanao, to effectively implement NATIONAL COMPETITIVENESS enhancement reforms at the local level to increase investments and trade and accelerate ECONOMIC GROWTH in these areas.
