3 Location  The countries the deciduous forest is in Eastern U.S.A,Canada, Europe,China and Japan.  The states it is in Tennessee, Maine to Georgia, and Arkansas. The shaded spots is where the Deciduous forest is.

4  Trees loose leaves in winter and grow back in the spring  Oak and Elm trees  Shrubs  Perennial herbs  Mosses  All plants have to adapt to a very cold winter. This is an example of the trees in the Deciduous Forest Biome

5 Deer Brown bears Black bears Scorpions This is a scorpion. Deer are fast moving and shy Scorpions have large venomous stingers.

6 Tourist Attractions  The Tourist Attractions you can see is Great Smokey mountain, Appalachian Trail, and Ozark mountain.  You can find these in Tennessee, Maine to Georgia and Arkansas. This is the Laurel waterfall.

7 Agricultural and Land Uses Plants grown: Corn Pumpkins Potatoes Cucumbers Tomatoes Land uses: Logging Farming Soil type: fertile

8 Environmental Concerns Deforestation: Cutting down trees and taking away animals environment. May harm or kill animals.

9 Spring in worm and breezy. Summer’s are hot and humid. Fall was ware tree’s lose there leaves. Winter is cold and frosty. This is used to measure temperature. This is part of the climate.

10 Precipitation The average rain and snow fall is 30 to 60 (inch). There is 14 inches of snow, ice and rain in the winter. There is more than 18in of rain in the summer. Snow and rain are forms of precipitation.
