Project will provide 10 feasibility studies for business zones in BiH In the RS support was given to the following zones: Business Zone Aleksandrovac - Laktaši, Zona Lanara - Teslić and Zone Vranjes - East New Sarajevo for feasibility studies and Business zone Banja Luka and Industrial Zone in Bijeljina for the development of investment plans.

In 2013 RS Assembly adopted SME development law in which is determined definition and financial incentives for zones the conditions and methods of establishing a business zone In 2014 Ministry adopted Rules about conditions and methods of establishing a business zone
