5 Consumers Individuals between the ages of 17 and 59 who are suffering from mental health problems & who as a consequence may meet with loss of skills, isolation, relationship problems, economic & housing difficulties Individuals who are experiencing stress in their personal life, at work or as part of the life-work balance and who form part of an organisation/business

6 Aims & Objectives RF translates its mission by having aims and objectives related to: Services Promotion of good mental health and Prevention of mental health problems Education

7 Aims & Objectives related to Services Providing residential and day, community based rehabilitation facilities Providing opportunities for housing with support Providing opportunities for training, employment and support at the work place Assisting persons to remain in the community and to live as full a life as possible

12 Home Support Service Assists and supports persons with mental health difficulties to live as full a life as possible in the community Staffing –Team Leader (vacant) –Home Support Workers Role of Home Support Worker involves –assessing a person’s needs, drawing up and evaluation of care plan –providing emotional, social and psychological support and education on issues related to mental ill health
