Advantages of SeaStar Remote CMMS  REPLICATION: If your vessel cannot maintain an internet connection, a SeaStar system can be installed shipboard, permitting the crew to access the CMMS and log work accomplished when it is convenient for them. When internet is available, encrypted platform to shore communication channels automatically keep your home office updated, giving you visibility into what is happening in your fleet. This process is referred to as replication where the shore side ‘consolidated’ database and the platform, or shipboard, ‘remote’ database exchange only new entries since the last transmission. 8
