Maximum Page Size - select how many messages you want to see per page. Do the same for contacts. Default Text Style - you can choose what you want your “default” text to be when writing an email. Of course you can always change this on an email by email basis. Conversation View - groups all replies with their original message, creating a single conversation or thread! Stars - choose which stars mean something to you and you can use these organize and prioritize messages in your inbox.

Keyboard Shortcuts - you can choose if you want to use Keyboard Shortcuts or not. Click on Learn More to find a list of all the shortcuts. o Cool Fact: if you do turn ON keyboard shortcuts, at any time, you can press Shift + ? on your keyboard to get a list of all the different shortcuts! My Picture - want people to know more than just your email address? Add a picture here of yourself! Remember, keep it professional! People Widget - email is just as much about the people you communicate with as it is what you’re communicating about. The “People Widget,” located on the right-hand side of your messages, shows you the contextual information about people you’re interacting with in Gmail. You can keep this on, or turn it off here.
