17. Process - Single facility Data Upload Login with your username and password. Go to MIS-> Monthly Click Add Select year, month, proforma / format and facility name click on Move Next.

Multiple facility data upload Data of Multiple facilities is uploaded in one go by using offline excel sheets User can upload data for 25 facilities at once The data is updated on the portal within 24 hours If data for facility is not uploaded then an error message is displayed indicating reason for not uploading.

32. Process - Multiple facility Data Upload Login with your username and password. Go to menu offline data upload Click Add Select year, month, Performa / format and facility names Browse the required files in front of required facilities Click on Upload Excel
