4. What Can the Students Use? Be specific on what kind/size of notes (hand written, typed, sticky notes in scriptures, etc. All loose notes will be collected and destroyed, so if the student will need their notes later they should make a copy before they come to test. If you want the students to keep their notes the notes must come into the testing center in a neat binder. The test would then be an open notes and\or open book. Specify any special instructions on the lines provided. Warning: Information may be stored in electronic dictionaries and your test may not be secure.

5. Dates, Retakes, and Late Take Tests Make sure that the dates that you have on the information sheet are what you scheduled. In order to give a retake test you must have a separate test with a different barcode than the original test.
