12 Quick List A ‘Quick List’ will give the organisation administrator a list of the first & last names of all volunteers who are registered or have registered an interest with their opportunity, the volunteer’s current authorisation status, their suspension status and the date on which they were authorised, their local authority area and actions that can be performed on the MV Volunteering Passport.

18 “Organisations registering their own volunteers directly will be responsible for validating young people and as such require to ensure that they have seen proof of age e.g. passport, driver’s license, birth certificate, Young Scot card etc”.
