He had been at an Ivy League school that would not allow him back. He got his degree from a technical school. He is a registered sex offender and has had difficulty finding a job. Currently, “Todd” shovels snow “Amy” lost her virginity during her encounter with “Todd,” an encounter that she does not remember. She dropped out of college following the incident, but eventually went back and graduated. For a time she isolated herself from friends and required extensive therapy to overcome the impact of the incident “Amy” was subjected to an intrusive, painful medical examination at the time of the incident Although “Amy” drank irresponsibly, the law determined that “Todd” was culpable in this case 9 Scenario Three --Did Punishment Fit the Crime?--
