18 Admissions 2011/12 How to apply Complete the Common Preference Form by 31 October 2011. This can be done on-line You must make CHS one of your 3 preferences in order to be considered for a place

19 Admission arrangements Admission tests are scheduled for Saturday 10 December 2011 If your child is unwell on the day of the test there is a reserve date. A child cannot sit the test twice You will be informed of the offer of a place on 1 March 2012

20 Admissions 2012/13 Changes to Admissions Code: parents will know results of selection tests before making applications to secondary schools Likely date of Open Evening Tuesday 26 June 2012 Admission tests are scheduled for Saturday 6 October 2012 (avoids clash with Heckmondwike Grammar)
