4. 3. Call Waiting Tone to EHS
Call waiting tone can be sent to EHS headset of KX-DT5xx and NT5xx. This feature can be enabled for each extension port. Default is disabled (PT Tone). This setting can be changed when “Headset ON” is assigned.

When this feature is disabled, call waiting tone is sent to speaker-phone of PT main unit instead of EHS headset. This feature is not applied to optional Bluetooth adapter of KX-DT3xxx and KX-NT3xxx. Call waiting tone is sent to speaker-phone of these PT always.

8. 5-2. SLT Card Software Improvement
This feature can be disabled by card software down grade to version 4 or by card property programming. Card property programming is available using KX-TDE-NCP version 8 or KX-TDA latest version.
Default is enable(Mode1) for quick ring.

Off hook-monitor can be disabled to KX-DT phone also for KX-TDE-NCP any version. PCMC display is improved.

11. Hand-set (Not hands-free)
6-2. Off-hook Monitor
During extension user is talking with other party using handset, colleague near the extension user can listen to voice from the other party using hands-free speaker also. This is off-hook monitor feature. This feature is useful as conference with other party, extension user and colleague. However many users are using this feature for hands-free talking. In this case, voice to other party becomes very small because hands-free microphone is not active. Disable is strongly recommended.
