2. Rationale In our changing society the benefits of a healthy lifestyle have become evident. By engaging in healthy practices students will open opportunities to an improved quality of life, less sickness as well as happier personal, family and social experiences. We teach pdhpe in the hope of creating individuals that lead a healthy lifestyle that gives them the greatest chance at achieving and maintaining mental, physical, social and spiritual wellbeing.
