Demonstrates an awareness of EO/CR policies and responsibilities of FSA and Departmental goals of valuing a diverse, yet unified workforce”. You may also cut and paste the text from the original EEO-CR element box.
After including the required EEO-CR element description, scroll down to add at least one EEO-CR standard. Leave the “accomplishments” box blank For now.
If you incorporate the EEO-CR requirement into another “critical” Element for the non-supervisor, you must include at least 1 EEO-CR standard.
Review the elements and standards in the plan and Ensure that all required elements and standards Are included in accordance with Handbook 5-PM. Add, delete, and/or revise the Standards in the standard box as Necessary.
