4 Coffee with the Bishop A coffee morning on behalf of the Children’s Society will be held at the Bishop’s home, 61 Richmond Road WV3 9JH at 10.30 - 12 noon on Thurs 25 th July 2013.

10 Room 4 the Blues Christian musician Tim Jenks & his Band perform at The Claregate Pub after previously holding Room 4 The Blues at the Newhampton Inn.

11 Room 4 the Blues They usually perform on the last Friday of the month - starting at about 9pm. The session continues until closing time. A good time is had by all.

17 Church Maintenance Issues If you see a problem in church or the hall, e.g. a broken chair, please tell Katie or Jennifer before it potentially gets worse.

18 Technical Help It is noticeable that a lot of the technical stuff is done by the same group of people s It would be better for the Church as a whole if others could take on some jobs

19 Technical Help ensuring that the Church can run smoothly in the absence of these few! If you would like to know more about how the sound and visual systems work,

20 Technical Help and would like to help out on a regular basis, speak to Lynne Hesp or John Forrester.

21 Church Rotas Calling anyone interested in joining the rotas for: Sunday morning coffee making, Reading the lesson

25 Gift Aid If you are a taxpayer and do not give to the church via the "Gift Aid Scheme“ can we encourage you to think about doing so.

26 Gift Aid The church can claim back the tax you have paid so increasing your giving without you paying more.
