Performance – based security tenure Motivation and basis for incentives to performers Sanctions to non- performers.

DepEd PAS Operates on shared commitments and objective Measures performance results through an individual employee work plan vis-à-vis performance indicators Uses performance-standard –based scheme on assessment attuned to organizational goals and mandate

6 General objective: To institute a continuing system of improving employee performance, efficiency and effectiveness
