Mediate information decisions and software needs Work with anything Does not need to be well structured The go-betweens with programmers, catalogers, curators, researchers… Deal with longevity, migration, re-use, big picture issues Extent resources and metadata beyond its original intent Project management issues like budget, workflows, etc.
