15. CHAPTER 3. DISASSEMBLY ※ Preconditions for Disassembly 1. Please back up the important list or data. (Note: Data backup in the RAM sector is required because the hardware is reset when the power is off.) 2. Please check whether the adaptor is separated. 3. Please be sure the power is off. 4. Please discharge the metal part because a spare part may be damaged due to static electricity upon a human body. 5. Please be out of the moisture and humid areas.

37. 37 -Remove Vinyl cover. -Overlap LCD Ass’y to front cover, as shown in the picture. -Install LCD Bracket to the direction of arrow shown.

38. 38 -Install LCD Bracket to the direction of arrow in the picture. -Fasten 2 screws at the marked area. -Fasten 7 screws at the marked area. HOOK 1 1 2

39. 39 -Connect FPC Cable to the direction of arrow. -Assembled Front Ass’y.

44. 44 -Insert SD card cap between LCD bracket and Main PCB. -Assemble rear cover to front cover in direction of arrow. - Fasten 8 screws as shown in the picture.
