Institute for Military Support to Governance Procures necessary civil expertise to support Joint Commanders across the range of military operations; Researches, analyzes, and shapes policies, authorities, doctrine and training for Support to Civil Administration (SCA), Transitional Military Authority, and Theater Security Cooperation.
