Every three months, LCGT sends an official request to LIGO with a list of prioritized items  This is to avoid cases that low priority requests submitted earlier would not compromise higher priority requests which come out later.  Emergency requests will be sent as needed. 2. LIGO will review the request and will issue a formal answer to LCGT. 3. Items agreed between LIGO and LCGT will be documented in a web page with proper documents referenced. 2

Minimize the time and maximize the efficiency of the interaction with aLIGO people by properly preparing before and during the visit. If LCGT visitors can help accomplish Advanced LIGO scope while visiting, it is of course very welcome; all these activities must be coordinated in advance with the Advanced LIGO staff, though. 5

Hiro Yamamoto at LCGT f2f mtg @ ICRR on September 28 th, 2010 LIGO-G1000839-v1 LCGT-G1000174-v1 LIGO DCC DCC access privilege is currently tied to access privileges to web sites containing data, so there is no simple way to provide a special LCGT privilege setup to access only LIGO DCC for now. All DCC documents appropriate for access by LCGT will be assigned public access privilege. Non-public ones either contain LIGO-private information or are not useful outside the Laboratory. There is an internal review process to make a document pubic (e.g., check to see that there are no copyrighted issues, etc), so there may be some (usually short) time lag to become public. When some documents are needed that are not yet public, make a direct request to David Shoemaker, Hiro or the authors of the document. 7
