Two group members will go get project, after Ms Coates demonstration Journal Question: What do you think the question or problem this lab is addressing?

3 Objective: Students will build a desalination plant based on their groups design – or??? Do nothing? Do Now: 1. Have nothing on your desks 2. Sit quietly

4 Testing your design You will run your desalination plant for 20 minutes. While your plant is running, begin to complete the Checklist #1 Draft for Conclusion. Turn the hot plate off when 20 minutes has ended. If you have any water collected, test the water for conductivity. Record your numbers in your Checklist #1 Draft for Conclusion.
