7. Points to Consider: Clinical and Non-Clinical Templates 1 2 3 1. The Subject line is blank for Clinical and Non-Clinical Question Templates. 2. There are placeholders after “Dear” to automatically drop in the patient’s name. There is no need to type the patient’s name. 3. Backspace the line after Dr. and type the Provider’s name.
