What are the key defining values that move the organization to perform well or poorly?

Organization Assessment Outline Historical Data SWOT Analysis Key Issues or events leading to the initiation of the Assessment Issues of the Organization as stated by Key Figures Long-Range Short-Range Background of the Issues 1)How is the organization functioning now and why, but also how those forces evolved and what historical forces continue to influence its activity? 2)Who are the informal leaders and what do they think? 3)What are the issues the interviewee states that can be handled in a short period or those that will be solved in a longer period of time?
