Spontaneously reserve ports for an important meeting Use the Conference Monitor page to actively control your conference. Who is in the conference Who is talking Eliminate noise or music on hold by muting anyone or everyone. Remove unwanted participants. Use the Options page to determine how the conference works. Record the conference. Set security options. Announce everyone that joins or leaves. Name the conference so callers know they are in the right place. Record a message for all callers to hear as they join. Control Music, Beeps, participant counts, etc., on a call by call basis.

Wait as your team is called and brought into your conference. Go to your Conference Monitor website to watch as the team members join the conference, and to control the conference. “Uh-Oh! Choose who should receive the message. Click “Send Message” or call in to send it. Monitor progress on your Message Delivery website See who received the message. See who was not reachable. “I need to tell everyone there is a problem!”

It’s a private message? Just set a password for callers to dial before they can hear the message. “Call my message line for an update anytime you like.”
