Training and competence – Action Plan Prioritise – Which ideas are you most enthusiastic about taking forward? Which ideas are the most necessary for taking forward? Schedule – How soon would you like to see these ideas progressed? Immediate, Medium term, Long term. Steps to achieve goals – what needs to happen? Review – Does your action plan cover all the branches? Does it need to cover all the branches? Responsibility – Who will ensure that actions are implemented?
