In 1995 Lynnea became the first female in the world to be awarded a Broadband PCS operating permit to operate wireless systems in Hawaii and American Samoa. He holds a Masters Degree of Economy (Instituto Techn ológico Autónomo de México, ITAM) and Masters Degree of Public Policy and Administration (London School of Economics), LSE). Primo is currently working with the Mexican Government where he has acquired wide ranging experience in competition, fiscal policies and Social Security. Primo has previously worked with private enterprise and Federal Government focusing mainly on project valuation.
