2 Why we shouldn’t plagiarise? It’s a form of stealing. If caught, you may fail your assignment or find yourself in trouble with the teacher or school. ‘ Cut and paste’ is a lazy habit. Independent thinkers are great learners.

3 How can we avoid plagiarising? Make a list of all the websites, books, videos and articles you use. Always cite where the information came from. If you use sentences exactly as they were in the source use quotation marks. Rewrite information that you have found useful in your own words.
