1. DATE: 2009/05/04 MAIL: Hey Fernando, we're experiencing an issue with the user registration. It keeps returning an error message that the SSN is already in use. I experience this before when we moved the registration to the https, but we were not able to reliably duplicate the issue. This time I've attached some screen shots to show what I'm entering and the error that I get. The client code is 161-Accenture. I've checked the database and there definitely is not an ssn with that number, so I think it's an issue with the validation. See the attached and you should be able to replicate.
