Against the law if it is considered “hazing” Hazing: Method of initiation or pre-initiation into a student organization which causes physical & mental disgrace, damage or harm. Participants can be fined up to $5000 or sent to jail

Can land you in temporary jail, or prison and can cost up to $50,000 in fines Might be required to pay for the damage caused Or have to work in the clean up crew

Do not need a special license However basic Driving principles apply: DUI is illegal Know speed limits Take responsibility If under 21 cannot operate w/ more than 0.01% blood alcohol concetration Can be charge for vehicle manslaughter if fatal accident occurs
