Additional number of users for teamwork services = number of My Teamwork users - Max of (My Phone, My Messaging, My Assistant) ii. User can: Take the call from the business phone Answer with an Instant Message (IM) Send the call to the voice mail Forward the call to another device Answer with an email Take the call from the business phone (main action) Answer with an IM (this opens a My Teamwork chat session window). The voice call is diverted to the voice mail. Action is available if the calling party owns IM capabilities (calling party can be in user’s buddies or not) and according to the caller presence. Send the call to the voice mail Forward the call to another device (mobile device, DECT/PWT handset…). By default, this action moves the call to the last number the user has transferred to. A dropdown menu may contain predefined phone numbers for the user: Personal cellular phone, Professional cellular phone, Cordless Phone (DECT /WiFi phone), Computer (VOIP) Answer with an email (this opens the “New Message” form from your favorite email client - Outlook or Lotus Notes) Informative area with calling party identification

Video is rejected and the audio is diverted to the voice mail. Drag & drop a number or a name from any desktop application (if this is allowed) into this area to perform a call. Button allowing the user to launch a directory lookup or make a call. Icon is dynamic according to the context (user is entering a name or a number). Menu allowing the user to select the way lookups will be performed:. Call by name: this is the default mode for searching people by name. Call by department or by skill: mode for searching people by department or skill (up to 5 items can be defined by the system administrator). Advanced Search: displays an advanced search window for searching people by combining several search criteria

When clicking this address, user will be able to send an email to this contact (a “New Message” form is automatically opened from your favorite email client - Outlook or Lotus Notes) Call the contact. Contact presence information is displayed. Send an IM (this opens a My Teamwork chat session window). Action is available if the contact owns IM capabilities (contact can be in user’s buddies or not) and according to the contact presence. Make a Video call. This opens a video communication session window from My Teamwork application. Action is available if the contact owns video capabilities.

Calls are redirected according to the rule the user has specified. Set the current device for all incoming and outgoing voice communications. A cascading menu is available to select the device:. Office phone. Personal Computer (VoIP). Professional cell phone. Personal cell phone. Home phone. Other number… A label is displayed to specify the current phone number. Default phone number is the office phone. Set the user’s conference phone in a list (provided by My Teamwork list phone).
